  6. I was under the impression QSMB was up and running again and that people were able to log on to that forum once again. When did you last try? Mods or the Admin will need to answer your questions about posting personal emails and/or blog addresses here. I don't know but. if you are truly interested in helping people get off the cigs, why not just hang out here and participate? There is even a Blog area on the main page here that costs nothing to utilize. You can blog your brains out for free. I read the blogs here. I imagine others do too.

  10. Just wait until the next time you bake cookies, bread or a pie though. Next time you are around a turkey cooking in the oven. Next time your hubby buys you flowers. That's when your new sniffer will really pay off :)
  11. That's great CP1973 :) Yes, you are at the stage now when you'll start to get some relief from that seemingly unrelenting craving and anxious feeling. You still have work to do and will still have some struggles and down days but now you know that YOU CAN DO IT :) That's the best part. When you start to come out the other side of the hard times and suddenly realize; hey, I think I just might be able to actually do this after all :dance2:

  14. I think Ad / Marketing Agencies will use anything with a catchy beat or compelling melody to promote their goods. They figure most people won't have a clue as to where to song came from or it's meaning and, they're probably right.

  16. I have had some sinus issues after I quit smoking. Not sure if it's related to my quit or not though. Might just be a coincident? Seems a lot of weird s*it happens within our bodies as the repair process happens.
  17. I believe in you Feely !! You are stronger than you realize and you know smoking adds NOTHING positive to your life - only adds to problems. You have a pretty strong quit going there and it will only get stronger and easier to manage. Just tough out these early days. We all have to put in our hard time to come through as non smokers and you are now on our non smoking team so let's do this :)

  20. Keep that positive, I CAN do this attitude Evelyn because you know you're gonna need it big time in the coming days. All of us on this board have gone through the same thing so you KNOW it can be done. It's not easy and nobody gets a pass on the hard times required to come out the other side as a non smoker. Just know that, grit your teeth and get through those first days. 1 hour at a time when necessary. Do it this time no matter what - no excuses; smoking's NOT an option !!
