  9. ^^^ Wow, that's interesting (that your smoking doubled). And yes, none of us has to worry about that issue now :) My packs of 0 are very convenient, and light weight too! :P
  10. What is their purpose in banning the sale of 10 packs? Just curious. They don't sell 10 packs where I come from. Only 20's or 25's. I'm not sure if I would smoke less buying them in 10's or not. Possibly. It might be more top of mind to conserve what you have because to the average smoker, 10's not a lot.
  11. ^^^^ This was pretty much me coming from the bar last night :D

  13. Yup - you gotta just tough it out for the first bit. It will get easier after that but there's no avoiding the hard part. Yes, most people find having something in their mouth, whether it be gum, candy or mints is good because it keeps your mouth busy. If coffee is a huge trigger, maybe consider laying off it for at least the first couple of weeks? I know that's tough as I love my coffee too but you gotta do what's in the best interest of keeping your quit going. That HAS to be job one :)
  14. Ummmm ... yeah; I guess but my ass is pretty whooped already :P -11
  15. -8 It's been one dark day after another around here Sonic :(
  16. "Almost" is the longest word in the English language where all the letters appear in alphabetical order.
  17. Great Job PS :) Congratulations on your 2 month quit smoking anniversary. I'm sure you're finding it a lot easier now but keep up your guard against that Nicodemon. You know how sneaky he can be! And speaking of that Nicodemon; I saw that tweet you sent him :)

  19. Sorry but this is how you end up eating 10 of them while you sleep :)
  20. ^^^^ Seems counter productive? lol

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
