  10. Look at all the support you have on the train. It's an amazing place. Stick around here where there's tons of support from people who know your struggles. We've all been through that wringer. You must find what works for you because we're all a little different when it comes to handling our withdrawals but we are all certainly here to lend advice and support. Don't give up or under value yourself; we certainly don't. There's not one reason you can't quit but there's plenty of reasons why you should!

  15. Sorry to hear life's such a mess for you right now. Hopefully there'll be some clarity in the light of day tomorrow. Many of us go through some kind of crisis while we're trying to stay quit and you've done great not smoking. Trust me, you'll value your actions down the road a bit! Stick with it @QuittingGirl and you know, as always, we've got your back!! P.S. You're not just "a few months quit"; you're coming up on 8 whole months. That's a fantastic accomplishment and worth preserving at all costs!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
