  7. Congratulations Doreen on reaching your 4th Year of quitting Smoking! This in itself is an awesome achievement but to have helped and mentored so many others along the way makes it even more special. I want to personally thank you for all the help and encouragement you have give me along the way. I can't imagine this place without you - you are a very special lady and so invested in each and every one of us on this board. I hope you enjoy your celebration today - you deserve it & then some so pamper yourself in an absolutely Royal fashion :)

  13. Wow - Congrats. B57! 2 months is awesome and I'm sure it was a little easier than your 1st month. Treat yourself to something today as a reward then proceed to month 3. Be proud of yourself, you're doing Great :)

  19. We are here for you Jewels and I hope that is also helping you to battle this deadly addiction. Do what ever you need to do but just know that "smoking is NOT an option"!! The longer you remain smoke free, the easier it will get. I know you have heard this before but it is true. I have only recently come to really understand this in that I now rarely think about smoking and when I do, it doesn't seem to be something I would really want to do. You will get there too as long as you battle this quit with all you have to give :)
  20. Hey Jewel! How's it going?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
