  8. Congrats CM on being 3 months smoke free. I bet you're enjoying the benefits and you should be proud of your accomplishment :)
  9. 3 Years is amazing. I hope you celebrate big time today. What an incredible gift to give yourself and all your loved ones!
  10. That used to be me too B57! It's one of the things I notice most about my own quit and am the most happy about too :) The other thing I have noticed is, I haven't had my normal number of colds this year. In fact, I haven't been sick since I quit smoking in January. Normally, I would have had a couple of colds by now. It's great!! I love being healthier than I was when I smoked :)
  11. Hello Nigel! Are you there?

  14. Glad you are finding information on this site informative and helpful to you Jewel as you build your quit. I know that when I first quit I had no idea there was a place where other quitters gathered to exchange information on quitting and to share their experiences but once I did, I immediately knew it would be an important building block for my own quit. So, stick around and participate all you can. You will find it really helps you in your own quest to quit and remain quit.
  15. Yay!! Hope you're enjoying being smoke free. That's a huge accomplishment you can be very proud of :)
  16. Any way you need to do it to quit & stay quit is the best way for you so just get 'er done!! :)
  17. Congratulations Paul! 4 years is amazing. Hope you celebrate today :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
