  5. Glad to hear you have some positive direction from the Dr. that should help you along physically. Remember to use some deep breathing when anxiety gets the better of you. It may help with that. Remain focused on the positive things you have accomplished so far as well. You have been a non smoker for over a month now :) That's the best gift you could have possibly given yourself. Keep reading here and even re-read things to help keep them fresh in your mind. Now that you are this far along your quit path, having and keeping a positive attitude is very important and, it's something you can actually choose to do for yourself. Keep fighting Jewel - you're doing great :)

  11. Agreed with all said and just to add something I have found myself; when you do realize and perform your responsibilities to the forum, you benefit as much or more than others in terms of building and preserving your own quit. It's truly a win/win :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
