  2. We are here for you Jewels and I hope that is also helping you to battle this deadly addiction. Do what ever you need to do but just know that "smoking is NOT an option"!! The longer you remain smoke free, the easier it will get. I know you have heard this before but it is true. I have only recently come to really understand this in that I now rarely think about smoking and when I do, it doesn't seem to be something I would really want to do. You will get there too as long as you battle this quit with all you have to give :)
  3. Hey Jewel! How's it going?

  19. ^^^ Yes - I have read a number of things in various places where people lose substantial quits just by doing something impulsive or just plain dumb. Never want to be "that guy"
  20. ^^^^ I was just thinking about this the other day. I'm now getting to a very comfortable point where I'm not having to constantly remind myself that I'm quitting smoking. It's just starting to come naturally to me now. The thought of smoking seems unnatural to me at this point. It's a good and happy place to be. One I have been fighting to get to for 6 months now :) I know it will get even better too :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
