  2. Welcome LisaMK! You wrote the essence of being a successful life long quitter yourself in your post above "stay on the NOPE train"!! If you commit to and follow through with NOPE each and every day, one day at a time, you'll be successful and we can help you along the way :)
  3. Thanks for all the well wishes gang!! I love being a part of this community and the support I have received over my time here has made the difference between success & failure for my quit. Having people who can truly relate to what you are going through really helps to keep you grounded when you have those days that you question if what you are doing is the right thing. Thanks again fellow quitters :)

  17. Oh Yeah??
  18. I think you maybe misunderstood me. We have a choice of feeds from the U.S. or Canada. I have suffered through the Joe Buck and the Tim McCarver broadcasts. I just now choose to listen to the less annoying Canadian broadcast. We do have a "Buck" but that\s Buck Martinez :) At least Buck Martinez actually "played" professional baseball :P
  19. ^^^ Hey Jackie :) How's it going?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
