Those times when you realise what a dingbat smoker you were
You are doing GREAT GITW!!! Just like all us other determined quitters here. There's nothing better we could have done for ourselves than quit this horrible addiction I too would be interested in your longer term impression of the air purifier. I know where I live, in the winter, a humidifier is a must and I have often thought a purifier would do a lot to remove the dust mites and what not from the indoor air that is just constantly being circulated by the furnace fan. We literally don't crack a window from October to April or May so, clean fresh air is hard to come by.

Can We Have A Curse It Thread(With warnings) As sometimes I Just Wanna FFFFFFFFFFFF
So, 3 Days ago it was frickin snowing & today it's 30 fukcin degrees C! WTF? People guzzling beer on outdoor patios where a couple days ago, they were shoveling those same patios. Must be spring I'll give it 2 or 3 days before I start complaining about the heat - LOL!

Boredom
Just think about the amount of time that you used to devote to smoking relate things just weeks ago. I found it was an unbelievable amount of daily time. Not just the actual smoking part but other related time too - buying smokes, going outside to have a smoke then back to where ever you were before that. It really adds up. Suddenly you stopped. Now all that time needs to be filled doing something. Trust me. It will happen naturally. As your mind slowly forgets all the smoking minutia you will just fill that time naturally doing other (healthier) things.

What are you doing right now
Watching 2 Mallard Ducks sleeping on my back lawn. They always travel in pairs - 1 male & 1 female and are very protective of each other. One will feed while the other stands watch then, they switch. Kind of cool to see that
