Finally letting go
Many might say you are crazy to tempt yourself like that but I can completely understand what you say about it starting as perhaps lack of total commitment and then that turning into a sign of commitment to stay quit despite the easy availability of smoking material. Not sure I would recommend it to others but hey, whatever works for each individual is the right thing as long as it leads to a strong quit Stay strong & stay committed FG!

Can We Have A Curse It Thread(With warnings) As sometimes I Just Wanna FFFFFFFFFFFF
^^^^ What the hell are those and, where do they come from? They look like alien spores sent here to kill us all? I'm gonna take a wild guess that they don't like to live in snow and below zero temps., which is good news for me cuz we just got another 10 cms the other day

Ashamed of myself
Sorry to hear this John ..... I was not too far behind you in quitting this horrible addiction. You are not the first or last to go down this path of relapsing due to complacency. I hope you have learned a lesson from this experience that will stay with you for life. This can happen to any of us when we get complacent about our quits. Congrats for jumping right back on your quit! That takes guts. You know the drill so now let's just get it done. And thanks for coming here to let us know. It helps more people than you know to hold tight to their quits. Hope you decide to stay with us and let us support you along the way of your new quit!
