  12. Congrats on reaching the 3/4 mark PT! 9 months quit now and on cruise control to the Lido Deck No matter how that Nico-monster tried to intimidate you along the way, you always found a way to beat him. Great work!!

  21. I see a lot of new people signing up here and logging on at least once so if you have gone to all that trouble, why not join in the discussions. Make the commitment to us but more importantly to yourself to finally do what you want to do ..... Quit Smoking It is absolutely doable and the benefits of hanging around here are numerous. There is so much information available to you here that will help you understand what smoking is and how YOU can beat it. Plus, the support of many others that have gone through or are going through the exact same thing as you are is invaluable too. It doesn't cost you anything but your time and, it may just be the very thing you need to help you quit this deadly addiction!

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
