  1. We didn't get too much snow but it's -17 today which for this late in March is bullshit!! Yeah, winter can take a hike anytime as far as I'm concerned!
  2. Sorry about that buddy but ..... someone had to take the fall. Sleep it off. You'll be good to go by morning! We were just following in the footsteps of our sports legends Oops .......... perhaps I've said too much?

  5. Welcome back! I love traveling around the Southwest US. It's just so different. Good to enjoy some time building memories with the family too
  6. Welcome to Quit Train! We have been having a few 1 year anniversaries recently so we'll just add one more to the line up Congrats on staying quit!
  7. Congratulations Ellen! You're 1/4 year smoke free today! You have done a lot of really hard work to get here so be sure to reward yourself for that. For those who don't know, Ellen is Latoya's Mom and she quit just a few days after Latoya did and they are BOTH still smoke free. Good for both Mother & Daughter

  17. I would think people will just smoke more cigs to get the same volume of nicotine - no? Those that are currently smoking anyway. For those starting, maybe it will have some effect but I'm not really sure because won't you still get addicted even if there's a little nicotine in them? Doesn't make much sense to me.
  18. Good for You Seren Keep at it!

  21. What do you mean you have to go to work? Who's going to look after me?
  22. I almost embarrassed to say ................ I have no idea what a fava bean is! Gotta have Bacon & Onions with the liver though IMO. Bring out the Ketchup too. Liver is such a texture thing I think. You either love it ( with what ever accompaniments you require) or just just plain hate it. There's not mid-way point on liver
  23. She told me she was only 27 years old - so yeah, kind of odd ???

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
