  15. Face it head on knowing that smoking is off the table now and you will not only get past it and be proud as hell that you did but, you will have beaten this addiction back into the shadows where it belongs!!! Every battle you win, the stronger YOU get and the weaker the addiction gets. The more challenging the battle is, the more you gain and the more the addiction loses. It's not just one and done. It's a process and it takes time but is very doable if you just take it a bit at a time. Don't look at the long term or big picture. You'll be fine. I have faith in you
  16. Yeah .... where is that scoundrel anyway? Hope he's OK! Not like him to vanish for days at a time.
  17. I'm counting on you to show me around the Lido Deck :(
  18. ^^^ That's the part that just takes blind faith and time. Becoming comfortable in your own skin as a non smoker. We are all impatient by nature when we know what we want and are working hard to get there. That's why letting newbies know what we have experienced is important I believe. I know reading about others experiences has helped me know what to expect along the way in my journey.
  19. There ................... Happy now?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
