  1. I quit one time and one time only. So far, it is intact and I plan that it will be that way for the rest of my life. So; if you are a new quitter trying to say NO to this addiction for the first time in your life, I say .... it is possible! You just have to want to do it badly enough. Like everything else in life, it's really about how much you want it and are you ready to put in the work to get there?

  12. Hang in there JKPK! 1 month is huge and those urges to smoke can't last much longer. Force yourself to think about something else when you find yourself focused on thoughts of smoking. You CAN control your thoughts. Don't let the addiction drag you backward. You've worked too hard and long to go back to the start!

  16. What ever works for YOU Jack!!! All that's important is that we all quit smoking. How ever we get there is up to each one of us individually. Personally, I'm just happy that you are still quit, as I'm sure you are too
