  1. ONLY 1 MORE SLEEP .....................................................
  2. Wow - blast from the past - Sonic! How you doin'? What happened to your profile pic?
  3. I was wondering how you were doing CA. I too quit when I had bronchitis and it was really a blessing in disguise because I think that was what kept me off them in the early days. The lack of sleep is really annoying because I experienced that too in those early days. Just get sleep as you can for now. The health issues will not stay with you forever so just ride it out for now. Having smoking become an annoying thought - that's great!! That's exactly where you want to be mentally Stay strong CAquitter. We're rooting for ya!

  5. Niners chicks give up??
  6. It is surprising Sparkzzz just how long it takes for our addicted brains to get used to this no smoking thing. I know you can handle this sh*t now so just keep doing it and it will all turn out OK
  7. Not only should they be ironed but ........ the washing technique needs to be addressed as well. There are just no short cuts when it comes to cleaning of the T's.
  8. That's only if there was ever any reason to have a rowing race - LOL.
  9. Yup - thanks!
  10. And .............. here they are!! Imagine that?
  11. They just don't smell the same tho
  12. I thought you were gonna get your a*s blown outta here a couple of times ..... LOL!
  13. I like ironed T-shirts. I would iron my own but .... just too lazy. Ironed T's are the bomb!!!!
  14. Pretty sure we'll all get arrested for "tit-wanking" ?
  15. Ummm ......... I am still working on my "conditions" manifesto
  16. This is where you have to get to in order to keep your quit permanently! It needs to be your choice - not some obligatory thing. You need to get to the point where you willingly make the choice each day not to smoke. Then ...... it's easy!

  20. There's an hour (or more) of your life you'll never get back - lol. Who gets to actually talk when there's 120 of ya?
  21. There is a difference though with March snow - IMO. March snow is wet & heavy. A bitch to shovel and huge flakes when it falls but, it melts very quickly and normally this time of year it will be around freezing in no time so it all goes away. I'll tell you ..... I will take 10 feet of snow over just 1 tornado!! That time of year is here now too and I'll bet it's bad again this year. Be safe all those who live in tornado alley!
  22. I'm firing up the time machine and we'll briefly take a trip back in time to February 24, 2018 The purpose of all this is to congratulate Jordan on reaching the 3 year smoke free milestone. Nice work Jordan and glad to have you around to help the newbies!!
  23. Welcome to Quit Train Jordan Happy to have more quitters on board. Always good to have seasoned veterans around to help the newbies! Did you bring cold beer (not for the newbies but for me)?
  24. So, would appear there's a correction and an apology in order for the celebration notice I posted yesterday for G67 I recorded G67's quit date as 2017 when it should have been 2016! You were actually 1 Year & 9 Months quit yesterday. Certainly wouldn't want to short change you of a whole year's worth of your quit so ..... congrats on 1 Year, 9 Months quit G67 Sorry about that G. If you see me around the board, I'll be the one with egg on my face

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
