Welcome to Quit Train Cader28! Hope you are still doing well and fighting the good fight. You certainly do have extra motivation in quitting right now and staying quit. You've received a lot of great and useful advice already from others. Just take the early days of you quit one at a time. Don't look too far ahead. All you have to focus on is not smoking today! The early days are the most challenging because it;s all so new and you will be retraining your brain to live life without it's old familiar connection to smoking. That takes a lot of time and work on your part. We have all done it and you can too. People here will be thrilled to help you along. You though are the one who needs to put in the hard work so, make that unbreakable commitment to yourself, if you haven't already, that you will do this thing no matter what comes at you in the early days because you're resolve will be challenged along the way. You have found a great place for support though - that will be a big advantage to you as you travel this road. Be sure to take advantage of it and all the information about this addiction that is available here. One day at a time and one NOPE at a time! You can do it

DAY 3 - FRIDAY NIGHT! NO BEER OR FAGS JUST SOAPS!!
Welcome to Quit Train RinoD! You have great advice already from others here so take it all in and process it. You'll find as you move along through your quit, you are just like all the rest of us in terms of things you'll experience and therefore the methods you'll need to employ to deal with those challenges will be the same as others here have used during their own quits. That;s why reading everything you can here is so important to your success. It's a big deal to quit smoking and it can be overwhelming at times so let us help you with that by showing you the path we took. Congrats on 4 days quit! That in itself is a BIG DEAL! Keep moving forward, one day at a time. That's all you need to think about is just not smoking for today - NOPE!

Don't worry Linda. There are always people here who get as excited about others succeeding in their quits as they did when they quit themselves so, they will be here to encourage and support new quitters as long as new quitters keep jumping on the train- Can We Have A Curse It Thread(With warnings) As sometimes I Just Wanna FFFFFFFFFFFF
I hear ya Lust4Life! Just don't become one of those leaving us because someone you probably don't even expect is relying on you to lead them forward- Can We Have A Curse It Thread(With warnings) As sometimes I Just Wanna FFFFFFFFFFFF
L4L - I'm afraid I'm gonna have to eliminate you In all seriousness, we all get bummed when people just drift away because like you we all connect to those we have taken this journey with. Even more, those that helped us along in our early days seem like rock stars to us. We hate to lose touch with them but you know, it's a natural progression for many. Life as a confirmed non-smoker takes over and we just lose touch. I also think the issues that QSMB had last year had a profound effect on many. A lot of those established quitters from QSMB just did not adjust to a new home here. They had already established their quits long ago and were giving back to a place they had a connection with. This place was not the old original quit site they could relate to and you know what? That's fine and it's a natural reaction. What bums me out more are new people who join up here with all the best intentions of developing a life long quit yet still somehow they fall off the train - that's the sad part for me. We all want everyone who comes here to be successful. That's why we stay - trying our best to pay it forward- Wednesday 24th October 2018
That's great news DF! I'm glad you're still on the train- What are you doing right now
So .... guess that means you're not lending me that 2 Mill $$- What are you doing right now
^^^ Did you win? I heard one ticket won the whole 1.6 Billion. That's a lot of dash! Can I borrow a couple Mill? - Can We Have A Curse It Thread(With warnings) As sometimes I Just Wanna FFFFFFFFFFFF
