  10. Congrats on your 2nd year milestone smoke free Boo. I remember well your Lido Deck arrival last year. Now THAT was a party Glad to see you're keepin in shape and getting in lots of river time
  11. Fantastic job Sslip! 2 Months smoke free is a great achievement. You've battled that Nicodemon like a real star Show him the old Rope-a-Dope Sslip. You'll win in the end!
  12. Good to see you are doing well Doug! Your plan to see a new Dr. sounds great. Can;t hurt to talk at the very least. Glad to see you are already looking at the positives of not smoking too (more money for your hobby job). That really helps the mindset needed to get through the early days. Keep up the Great Work
  13. Hang in there Geetar! This quitting thing is rough at times. It WILL get better but you have to stick with the program completely. Your observations above are correct. You don't want to trade your future for 1 smoke which, by the way, you would regret almost immediately. You have 5 hard days invested in your quit, Make sure they count for something!! Look at it as an investment in your future good health and happiness
  14. 20!! Great work (again) guys!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
