The captain heard about all these goodies being served on the Lido Deck and decided to abandon the bridge to get in on the action. Well now, I have a hell of mess to deal with before the next Lido Deck celebration. Hope you don't have one coming up too soon!

Great post Jo and it's true! The fear of quitting is often much worse than quitting itself. I think too that some of us use it as an excuse not to try and quit for fear of what it will be like yet as you point out, once we have quit, our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner! Come on people. Make the commitment and take back your life!

You are doing great t4c! And yes, you will notice any number of quit symptoms like the "brain fog" and all sorts of other things. The increased anxiety is also something I felt for a while in the early days but just know that all these symptoms are temporary You will acclimate to your "new normal" in good time and you will be very happy about what that new normal is
