  17. I haven't been following them recently but I believe the Canada's only team is in "rebuild" mode so they will not be going anywhere buy maybe fishing this October Good luck to everyone else who has a horse in this race
  18. It's often the case that the anticipation of what "might happen" is worse than what actually does happen after we quit. It's not unusual to be surprised, and pleased, when this happens Understanding the addiction and focusing on the benefits you start seeing rather than the misery of early quit days helps a lot!

  20. ^^^ This is very important - education about the addiction! It opens your mind up to see this addiction for what it really is. Then, it's easier to quit and stay quit once you understand it does nothing positive for you. Robs your health, your wallet and turns you into a slave. The addiction needs you to feed it ..... constantly!
