  8. Yes! Air travel is a dream as a non-smoker. No more running off the plane in a panic to have that smoke So nice not to have to worry about all that and, more time to spend with your loved ones as a sweet-smelling Gramma! Your new grand daughter will never associate Gramma with smoking; isn't that something great?
  9. Doesn't matter what day it is when you pledge your nope as long as you do pledge then keep that pledge. That's all that counts. Do that once every day and you can't fail

  15. ^^^ The choice SHOULD be obvious but unfortunately it's not to many. We all spent years protecting our addiction as hardily as we now protect our quits. The time for a serious quit comes to us all sooner or later. Hopefully sooner for those following in our footsteps

  22. Hey Kdad; remember what people say about the 3's? 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months can be difficult times for some people so, stay strong and get through this last 3 Should be clear sailing after that.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
