  1. You must be a truly amazing person Hellkat! Your positive attitude and courage shine through your entire post. Thank you for posting your story as something for other smokers and X-smokers to ponder. You will be helping many. I like the blog idea. It might be e good place for you to come and share your thoughts along the way.

  16. Great work Ankush! As others have said, takes courage to get up, put your mistake behind you and carry right on with your quit! I think you should change your quit date back to 7-26-2019 though. Your last cigarette was on that date so that is your quit date.
  17. The SS Quit Train is in need of a bit of a shine up after Tammy's Lido Party. I gotta get her into Dry Dock right away. Oh, oh .... never mind, she's already docked No worries ...... we'll have her ready to go by Wed.!

  19. I'll say #3 didn't happen. You wear thongs (flip-flops) a lot so why would you buy socks at all? Mind you, you did say something about not being able to sleep when your feet are cold and it is winter there now - sort of.
  20. That's called ..... retirement!
  21. Rumble Fighting among multiple people, usually prearranged.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
