We did a cruise in the Aegean Sea (east end of the Med) 3 years ago out of Istanbul. A mix of Greek & Turkish ports. It was really nice. You'll have a super great time!

WOW! 11 Months quit Parsley How great is that? Only 1 more month (which will fly by) until you're on the Lido Deck celebrating a full year smoke free! Seems like yesterday you had 10 months, now it's 11

Way to go Sammy! 5 months quit is fantastic! Next month will be 1/2 year for you. Celebrate every milestone because it's important to recognize all the hard work you've put in.

Not sure how people are "undermining you quit" but if you find that whatever they are saying to you upsets you, log on here. You know there's a ton of people here of the same mindset as you and all of us have nothing but the utmost of respect for ALL quitters. You can always get your mental batteries recharged here. Are these people X-smokers? If not, they don't know sh*t so just ignore them.

I can remember smoking on airplanes! They had a "smoking section" and a "nonsmoking section". As if cigarette smoke knew not to travel beyond row 20 I'm actually amazed at how keenly I can smell stale smoke on a person who has just had one. That really stinks to me. The actual smell of someone smoking a cigarette, I don't mind as long as they aren't blowing it in my face.

Watching them announce Doreen's new Prime Minister If you want to send him a gift in recognition of his win @Doreensfree , might I suggest either a comb or a hair brush? Maybe a couple of good jokes too. He looks a little grim!

6 years is an amazing feat Paul - congrats! Hope you still celebrate your Anniversaries in some special way and thanks for paying it back to others. It does make a difference

They're playing Juul commercials 24/7 in my neck of the woods. The latest one I've seen has a female make-up artist telling everyone how relieved she is that her fingers don't stink of cigarettes any longer since she's switched to Juul! She's no longer worried about what people think of her. Sad - just sad
