  19. Congrats on getting that 1st, most difficult, month out of the way. Be sure to reward yourself for all your hard work! You're doing mighty fine boosh
  20. There's another trigger down today with the other smokers. Take them one as they come because once you face them and win, they pack their bags and run. You're winning, your nicodemon is dying. Great Job! Nice Arm-Art too. I like it
  21. Small rack of lamb on the BBQ tonight. Rubbed with a mixture of: Dijon/honey; fresh garlic/thyme/rosemary finely diced plus SPG. Internal temp of 130F after resting, med-rare. Nice and juicy with nice flavour.
  22. Good to see you back and that you are excited about ditching all those negative things that smoking brings with it. Freedom is straight ahead so keep pushing forward
  23. Happy Birthday MQ! Hope you're having a super day!
  24. Thanks for letting us know what's going on in your life Hellkat. We do worry when we don't hear from people that we feel a connection with. Sorry to hear your work is jerking you around, or at least was. Hopefully that has been resolved to your benefit now. Glad you are still quit as well. You have a lot on your plate so it's amazing that you have been able to do such a great job with your quit at the same time - coming up 2 months now on Monday Now there's something to celebrate!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
