  11. Pretty sure I should be getting 2-4-1 each time I play Chicks or Sticks, given the time I've been away
  12. I would agree - throw out the smokes. If you have to make a trip out to buy more, at least you have time to think about what you are doing and perhaps change your mind. You've started something major in your life (quitting). Why would you go back now? Do everything you can to be successful! Sleeping with the devil (keeping some smokes handy) undermines your chances of success.

  16. Thank you all for the warm welcome back. I'm humbled by it. Not quite 100% yet but getting there slowly. Good to be back among friends again, especially with what's going on around us all these days. Glad to see everybody's doing well and that there are a lot of new quitters too! That's what it's all about after all. More Quitters!
  17. 2 Weeks is a Great Start to a smoke free life! Congrats @helmethermit!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
