  1. I don't know. Hard to resist a nice rack of baby back ribs done outdoors on the slow cooker! It's probably not the healthiest thing for you but OMG, the taste of those fall-off-the-bone ribs
  2. I've gone plant based too! Grain, hops, yeast & water Has not done a thing for my brain fog though?
  3. Sounds like you've got your quit head screwed on straight Midmale! All the things you said are not only correct but they are statements that would come from a seasoned quitter. You're on the right track Midmale. Keep rolling!

  5. Congrats on 3 months vape-free Michelle. That's 1/4 of a year now! How exciting is that?
  6. Just going to the dentist or to get a haircut is a super large pain now so I can only imagine how big an issue going for surgery would be. Endure the best you can. Best wishes to hubby for a quick recovery too!

  19. You have had an epiffany Midmale and I'm glad you did because you could have just as easily gone the other way and lost all your hard work. Instead, you are now seeing things the way you should and the way successful quitters look at things. I feel you have really turned a corner here. Doesn't mean your struggles are over but looking at them with a new positivity will make a huge difference. Congratulations!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
