  6. Yup! The newness of your early quit is gone and maintaining it can still be tough at times especially when those odd strong cravings come out of nowhere. This is the time you need this support group the most because unlike non-smoking family & friends, we really do get it. We know what it's like - been there ourselves. Carry on. You know what how to beat the cravings by now and know that things will only continue to get better as time marches on

  13. Good job Jswiss! Not only are you keeping up with your quit, you are also focusing on other healthy pass times in your life. It has often been said that quitting smoking isn't just about that alone. The benefits from quitting spill over into many other areas of your life. ' Keep up the good work

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
