  1. Happy BD Jillar! You deserve to be pampered today!! Took the family out today and picked you up a case of Coors Light for your special day
  2. I agree that it's likely due to something other than quitting. I would guess that if you were gonna have headaches due to your quit it would be in the first week or two. My money is on sinus issues. This time of year they're pretty common for me anyway. See the Dr. if you can or over the counter meds if you think it's maybe a sinus thing. Worth a try. And anxiety at your stage of quitting; totally normal as is having a short fuse at times

  7. I never felt I was being lead down the garden path by big tobacco. I smoked because I wanted to. I don't even think I knew I was an addict. Perhaps I was becoming more and more addicted over time by what those guys were putting in their products but I didn't care enough to bother looking into it at all. I made my own choices and although I clearly regret those choices now, at the time I had no regrets.
  8. There's always another seat on the Train. Welcome and let's get started!
  9. Wow! That's HUGE!! Congratulations IQ4me. Hope you enjoy your day!

  15. Such a moving post @jillar. He was a very unique person who travelled the same roads as all of us and yet could not out run his fate. Yet, he did leave others some very interesting insights into the struggles against our addiction. Timeless stuff really.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
