  14. This statement is important - very important! Recognizing the benefits of quitting and focusing on them, rather than lamenting the fact you no longer smoke is what successful quitters do. Focus on your future possibilities, not you addictive past.
  15. It's an up and down journey Gus, especially in the early days (first month or so). These ups and downs will continue for awhile but they become less and less intense as time goes by so hang in there. The magic is happening for you right now, even though you may not realize it at the moment. Trust the process and keep fighting. You're getting there, slowly but surely You're doing great and are right on track to a lifetime of freedom from this despicable addiction.

  18. Welcome to Quit Train MWP! You're right. Joining a forum like this for support is a great help. No one knows quitting like other quitters! I don't have any experience with vaping but I know you can adjust the nicotine content so not sure what you were using there but in the end, nicotine addiction is the same no matter what the delivery device. There's a wealth of information here along with a whole library of videos addressing every aspect of nicotine addiction and quitting. Knowledge is power! You'll also have a ton of non-judgmental support here
  19. Wow! Abbey Road re-released; Pandemic Edition!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
