  1. My favourite season is Winter! No ... I'm lying
  2. OK ... Now you've done it ........ (wait till I let off some steam first ...) I deleted most of my post because it was inappropriate. Just the thought of that screeching Quebecois narcissist makes me crazy and sends me over the edge. I'll shut up now before I go completely nuclear on her
  3. Today's weather is why I love summer 26C here in Niagara Region today. Little humidity, almost no breeze and full sun all day long. You just can't beat that in my books! The next 3 days are supposed to be an exact copy of today. I smell a BBQ comin' on this weekend (Beach at the end of the street)
  4. Wee-Ou!! That must've been some Lido Deck Party last night Stewie!! Don't remember a thing actually. Woke up back on dry land at the side of a road; and wasn't feelin' too spry I guess y'all missed yer chance to have burbon marinated bacon for Brekkie this mornin
  5. Be sure to take the right bait
  6. Congtas Big Guy!!! Much sought after 1 year mark finally here. I hope you celebrate huge and you'll no doubt be reflecting on all the experiences you've had over the past year. It only comes around once Stewie so grab on with both hands and ride the high all day long!
  7. You can do whatever you like, in terms of quitting or not quitting. That's the thing ... YOU are in control and only YOU! Just know that the truth is you'll be much better off in life without nicotine indulgence being a factor in everything you do day to day. Make that commitment to Take Back Your Life & kick nicotine to the curb once & for all. It's never easy but it's always well worth the effort!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
