  2. Good Job Ex! I too had a pretty awful weekend and stayed with the quit. Nothing is more important than that to me! Keep at it my friend! :)
  3. Hi Natalie! You can do this lady!
  4. Hang in there Pixel! I'm sorry you are not feeling so well, but remember that nothing can be worse than going back to smoking....keep on keeping on! You got this!
  5. Thank you all! Cravings still come now and then...but very rare and they are easier each time to get out of my head. I've had a lot of weddings and parties to attend over the last few weekends and each time, was able to enjoy the time just as much (or more) without smoking! I've passed up numerous occasions when a friend would be outside smoking. I also, for the first time ever, posted my quit time, money saved and cigarettes avoided numbers on social media for all of my family and friends to know (I'm so proud, never thought I could do it). I would ONLY post on social media if I was 100% sure being a non-smoker is my new lifestyle. I had over 40 comments from friends and family giving me even more motivation to stay quit. I can't believe I became a quitter!!!! Thank you ALL for your part in this and I am excited to see my ticker go up each day until one day, it says 1 year, 5 years, 10 years.....I'm here to say.
