welcome aboard nat you can do this just take it 1 day at a time the first 2 weeks a tuff but it gets better next thing you know its been a year and a half keep busy to help take your mind off of the craves congrats on quitting :D

thanks everbody the move is over but we found out the central air is a pice of crap so we dug out the fans and managed to open 2 windows to be cool enuff to sleep great to be smoke free :D
