  1. You know, i really dont know what made this quit stick to me, but the thought process since after 1 month has been to not screw it up. Ive been through a small hell to quit and now im confortable not smoking so why spoil it right?

  8. No prob. For real lad, your grip will increase daily until one day when its really easy to not smoke and not think about it. Trust me. But first youll have to endure some trouble thats just the way this works. Keep strong.
  9. You´ll reach the lido deck before you know it, and then you´ll have the same thought process as me now: "smoke? nahhh. It would be nice to have a cigarrete but...nahh". And thats the end.
