For gods sake Evelyn, i always believed in you but if this tremendous wake up call dont get to you i dont know what else will. What the hell, COPD? Quit smoking!! Dont die a smoker!! You can do it. Looking back, yes, it was very hard and it took ages for me to not miss my smokes but now i ask what was all the fuss about. Stick with all your ammunition until the reach the lido deck and thats it, you conquered, just dont take another puff. Stay close to the forum, take it one day at the time you know the drill.

It seems interesting the correlation between the pack quantity and what we smoke. I always smoked 20 a day, exactly one pack. I wonder if all packs contained, lets say, 15, would i smoke 15 a say...?
