  1. Lessons learned from Doreen's life and all QTrains testimonies help to keep me quit. There is no doubt that to some degree, damage has been done. I won't be surprised if I have to really pay for my addiction down the road. The fact that my second hand smoke drifted into my daughter's lungs is a horrible truth. The only sliver lining is that I stopped perpetuating the damage and for that I am grateful.

  10. *Want better Health immediately ? *Want extra Money in your pocket now ? *Want more enjoyment from Sexual encounters tonight ? Well then, it's Time to free yourself from nicotine addiction ! You can start by giving yourself 72 hours because in three days nicotine begins to leave your body. Take the weekend and pull the covers over your head if you need to. Strengthen your resolve and understand that any discomfort is temporary. Give yourself another three days...give yourself Time. What else are you doing that could possibly be more important than saving your life, liberating your sovereigns and making you better in bed ? You only have to go through this ONCE so, enjoy the ride. Soon you will be seeing astoundingly positive results. You are evolving into a new person, more honest with yourself, much more confident, happier, healthier, wealthier, and wow ! out of this world in-between the sheets. No kidding.

  14. It isn't hard to BE or Look poor and destitute when you smoke. Nicely dressed office workers hanging around the ashtray outside buildings always reminded me of bums warming their hands over a burning trash barrel. Really glad you quit, TAC man. Keep your legs crossed. :P
  15. Make your decision to quit smoking. Do it while you are still ALIVE. NOBODY regrets being Free. Introduce yourself HERE, won't you ? :)
  16. One of the many benefits of quitting smoking has been Remembering to BREATHE. I am so grateful regaining the lung capacity to take deep, deep delicious breaths without lapsing into coughing, spluttering fits. Throughout the day, I pause often for deep conscious breaths. It helps me maintain Focus to the task at hand or the Beauty around, or, just chills me out. Simple.

  23. Where is our beautiful BrandyWyne ? Please don't get lost, come back to your friends who are here to support you. Many of us have had relapses only to power through to a sticky quit. You can do it, B. Please have faith in yourself. S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
