"Quit Like You Mean It" this is exactly right. There is nothing to loose in quitting smoking but, the quit/relapse turnstile is serious torture. Be kind to yourself, commit to your quit and to your Freedom.

Do you remember, you had time to smoke...10 minutes every hour or so ? Use this time to learn more about addiction, even if you think you are well informed... You can power through the gruesome bits, the dizziness, the craziness, Tiffany, because they are all Temporary. Keep up your blood sugar. Congratulations ! you are smoke free and very soon all the nicotine will be gone Forever.

Happy Birthday, Tif. Your resistance to 'this place' is just junkie talk. The QTrain, is only a tool for your successful quit and a chance for you to help others quit or keep quit. Stock up on juice and watch the scary movies. Quitting needn't be as tough as you are making it, it is just a choice. Not One Puff Ever. and don't forget to have some FUN.
