Please let my thoughts be wrong, nothing would make me happier but, I have a feeling that circumstances over the weekend came between you and your quit. This does not have to happen. Many issues came up for me during the first year. Many times I would have historically reached for a smoke. HALT...are you Hungry, Angry, Lonesome, Tired....was mind opening during that first year. My mind and body had been completely overrun by addiction and it was mind blowing coming back to 'normal' Don't forget to have FUN. Next year will be smooth as glass. Tudo Bem.
