  1. Hello. My name is James. I quit 2 years ago. Now my wife is trying to quit so I help her to do it. Also if you need some advice I will be glad to help as much as I can.
  2. Yes. Your body get used to nicotine and it when it doesn't get it anxiety increases. There are other withdrawal symptoms quitter should know to be prepared.
