  4. Welcome IAmDoingIt :) Quitting is so doable, just commit to N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever). Stick close to the board, we will help you overcome any speed bumps along the way!
  5. I haven't the foggiest idea, lol. Willing to bet though, they were frozen. I'll ask the Chinese takeout girl next time, lol.

  7. Welcome Amy :) Have a look around the forum, you will find a lot of help here. In my experience, once you let go of the fear of quitting and commit to N.O.P.E. it becomes much easier.

  9. So proud that you were able to get out and do some shopping without smoking! I hope you are proud as well. Have you thought of a reward for going 3 days without a cigarette? What about a week? That is coming up next!

  11. Congrats Evelyn! 3 days is amazing!
  12. Evelyn, I am sorry things stink right now. Remember, it is only temporary. Each time you pull through a difficult situation without smoking, you become stronger. In time you will notice your anxiety levels drop and your coping skills increase.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
