Identify those triggers and come up with a plan to be proactive and stay smoke free. Have you spoken to your family about your concerns? Hang on Trish, you can do this, we are behind you all the way!

Rachael. It's not a fix, but in the past I have worked in collections, not medical, but still. There are certain laws that need to be followed. They may have filed suit, but it is a long way off from any action that can be taken against you. The most important thing, if there is a court date, no matter what you have to attend. If not, a default judgement can be filed. A lot of these debt collecting law firms depend on you not to answer a summons or attend a hearing. ((((Rachael))))
