  4. Leanna, I don't know what your fitness/diet goals are, but it has been said losing weight is 80% diet and 20% diet. While I am not an expert by any means, I know that cardio is great for burning calories and weights can help with boosting metabolism, as well as warding off osteoporosis later in life. I belong to a cheapy gym, lol $20.99/mth and it is worth every penny, if not more.
  5. Feel better soon Jackie! Whenever I am sick now, it is much better than as a smoker. You can't reverse the damage, but you can prevent further damage and reduce symptoms. (((Jackie)))

  12. Oh wow Doreen, more time to spend with Dottie and Tony. You could take a computer class to learn how to post pictures lol or volunteer at the local animal shelter. I know Tony needs you to do a lot for him, but please take a little time for just you!

  16. Serious withdrawal lol I am going from 5 spin classes a week to 2 or 3. Yeah the hair, my hair takes over an hour to dry if I use a dryer, if I air dry it's not dry till the next day. That is so not happening. It doesn't get washed every day. Maybe I should shave it and buy a wig?? ha ha
  17. Always said I never would. Thinking about it. What do people do that work out during lunch? I go to to a value gym and have never considered it. I am starting a new job in a couple of days and am having a hard time squeezing in spin classes. Only Sat/Sun just won't cut it. I would lose my mind going only twice a week. One of my favorite classes is at 5:45 till 6:35 on Thursday mornings. In spin, there is a lot of sweating going on, buckets lol With traffic, there is not enough time to go home, shower and drive to work. If I left directly from the gym and cut the class a few minutes short, it could be doable, provided I washed and dried my hair the night before. Then there is the spin studio local to me that charges $14 a class, but with more convenient class times...OMG I'm an addict :girl_impossible:

  22. It takes me to forever to parallel park. If I have to fit in between two cars? Forget it, I'll find somewhere else to park, I'm not especially skilled when it come to that lol
