can't think of anything more BORING than putting a stick in your mouth, lighting it on fire, and breathing it in.....not relaxing at all as it increases your heart rate and blood pressure and as soon as a smoker puts out that cigarette..they start the withdrawal process all over again...until the next one... not relaxing at all

Welcome!! Coffee and a smoke went together for me too...but it ended up being not as bad as I thought. Once you face a challenge head on..:it gets easier. Great having you here!

good for you...alcohol is ok in moderation but if you find yourself doing it regularly...then it has the opposite effect

they are a blast Jenny!!! I took my mom and my sister there this time..for my sisters birthday. We brought some snacks and wine and sat around and talked for about a 1/2 hour before painting started. It's really a lot of fun and beats sitting in a bar

another painting party a few weeks ago! I think I am getting better at it. so much fun and at least you get to go home with something.

TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just going to go home tonight.....relax....and chill! Tomorrow....clean, laundry.. tomorrow evening...Bunco! Then after Bunco...stopping to meet some friends for some fun, laughs, maybe dancing :)

because when I go for my run on my favorite path.....I can smell the honeysuckles the entire time..... as a smoker, neither one of these things would be happening
