Allan Carr changed my life! Yes...I am the one who stopped putting things in my mouth and lighting them on fire...all me baby!! But....Allan's book helped me realize that I COULD do it! I recommend it to anyone...but they have to actually read it for it to work...so...get busy folks! :)
