  5. great job Rez!!!! You rock!!
  6. who's smoking????????????????? NOT US!! NOPE!!
  7. Same game...same players with new ones in the mix. Sad for the newbies. I thought when they got rid of BABS...all would be well in their world....;) guess not Personally I don't care where newbies go to quit...as long as more people quit..that's less for the tobacco industry to profit on and that's a win-win situation as far as i am concerned. Saving lives...that's the priority here. Grateful for the Quit Train and what it has to offer....non judgmental support. Who needs a bunch of egotistical idiots participate in a pissing contest to see who can give the best advice?? That's not what the newbies need.
  8. this is a good sign...because 2 years ago....I quit on friday the 13th too!! gooooooo Tiffany!!!
  9. Welcome Jeanne....thank you for sharing your story with us. You are going to love your freedom from the slavery of addiction. What our futures hold in regards to health and diseases....we can't control that. But we can free ourselves from the insanity of putting things in our mouth and lighting them on fire. From the withdrawal pang that occurs after putting out that last cigarette. Freedom of choosing to stay at the table after dinner, completing a movie without a smoke break...time with your precious daughter without thinking about when you'll get your next fix. I didn't quit smoking to not die...I quit smoking so I can live. Life is good and such a gift. No more poisoning our bodies. Happy you are here!!
  10. Babbles is here!! Living my life........getting healthy. This taking care of myself is a full time job. But I still come back here. Something about this place. I love it here. Endless support and all different personalities and style and yet still able to keep a nice, calm environment. It's nice to have a place like that to go to. Never smokers don't have that. haha...if there is 1 single good thing to say about the fact that I was a smoker...it is because I met you. Life is friggin crazy sometimes....and besides the smoking...sometimes pretty tough to deal with. I am really proud and happy to be a part of this site. So happy to see newbies join us. That being said...where are you guys?????? Come back....start again....no judgements.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
