what a great video....but what really makes it special to me is that it was sent to me by my son because he said it "hit home" to him. My son has come such a long way...amazingly so for the past 2 years. I have shared my story about him before and without details....lets just say i was on edge for a good 2 years always worried when the phone ring of what nightmare awaits me. I am so proud of him and want to reach out to anyone who is struggling with their kids and the situation seems hopeless and grim....please never give up hope...miracles do happen. I am so blessed.

Juan..the whole point of a support group is to utilize them. That's why we are here...to help. Helping you also helps us. Never a waste of time. What's the point of quitting on your own....and THEN come to the support group 2 weeks later? We are here for you!

your quit has been amazing since day 1 you've been a wonderful support since day 1 too...for everyone. Always so thoughtful...taking the time to post milestones...no matter if it's 2 days or 2 months. Thanks for all you do on the Twitter and Facebook accounts....you are awesome! Congrats to you on a wonderful accomplishment Jen!!

damn!! I need to get in on this....I finally found the toggle to my fitbit...that my granddaughter or dog took out of my laptop..it was under the couch. Now I just need to get another replacement bracelet..(dog chewed it) and I'm all set to join you!

me too!! (regarding headache and coffee withdrawal) Probably some out of habit cause it went with the cigarette, also because we are breathing more oxygen in our lungs and not toxins...we have more natural energy. I have also incorporated daily exercise in my routine and that helps too with energy. I just don't need all that coffee anymore. I drink coffee now for actual taste. Imagine that...lol

these days I'm constantly making coffee out of habit and I too forget to drink it!! I waste a lot of coffee now
