  1. don't be silly! You are very fit! Anyone who runs 3 miles at lunch is freakin fit girl... i've been to a boot camp and they start you off slow...30 seconds each station..so, you must have gone to a really intense crazy class..
  2. coldest day night in 21 years for us....with wind chills -15 to -25......what????????????????? so thankful for heat...feel sorry for homeless and pets left outside...terrible :(

  10. agree with el bandito..... beating ourselves up for enjoying life sabotages our efforts.....just enjoy...and get back on track my program allows us a treat meal every week...not a treat day...or an evening..but a meal. I can choose any day. So say for instance out of the blue..the girls from work want to get together for dinner and drinks. I can come with them and order something that's healthy and drink water or coffee...OR....I can choose to make that my treat meal. I always have the choice. You bet your butt though that my treat meal consists of no less than: pasta, cheese, bread, dessert and drink...I don't hold back. So...many many times when something unexpected comes up....I end up not making it my treat meal cause it's just not "treat meal worthy" I want the whole shebang on my treat meal and it better be delicious...or i'm spitting it out :)

  19. Leg day class....complete! I was really tired and wanted to skip it. But then I remembered reading something somewhere....when you don't feel like it is when you need to go the most. So I laced up my sneakers and went. Without thinking. I didn't regret it. I never regret going. I regret plenty when I don't.
