    I've tried the Cold Turkey 2 months ago and I ended up smoking again after 6 days. I'm going to try again now but I think an aid may help me get off and stay off.

    Thanks for the responses! This is my first time attempting to quit after 20 years of smoking so I haven't tried any other NRT yet. I was worried about the side effects of some of pills such as Chantix so I was hoping to find something with minimal side effects if possible.

    Looking for a herbal medicine to help me quit smoking, has anyone tried NicRx? I can't seem to find much info on this.
