Welcome to the Quit Train K.smooth. Good call on giving up the smokes. I don't have much to add to the advice you've already been given, but I will say this: keep it simple. Quitting smoking is simple. Challenging but simple. You don't have to do anything. Just don't put anything in your mouth and light it on fire. There are two rules for a successful quit: (1) DON'T SMOKE and (2) If you have any further questions, refer back to rule number 1. Enjoy the ride.

Now that we don't smoke anymore, we can wear clothing made of highly combustible materials and not have the constant fear of going up like a tinderbox. Now if I can just figure out how to place an order from the 1978 Sears & Roebuck catalog and get it here before Christmas... A little something for the ladies... And the fellas...
