Was hurt very badly car accident hospital 4 months morphine every 4 to 6 hours with Demerol and Valium of course I got addicted funny thing you're sick on opiates after you stop for about 2-3 weeks that's it it's over cigarettes make morphine bubble gum hard to believe we did it to herself

That's rough. Hope everything is going better for you now.
Those painkillers are a double-edged sword. Following a traumatic injury like the accident you had they are much needed. Of course it is also incredibly easy to get hooked. I spent the first 20+ years of my adult life addicted to one thing or another. Now I'm smokefree for over two-years and sober since January.
Thankfully, we get second chances in life.
