Good Morning!! :welcome: I hope you find your forever quit here.... we have lots of good folks who pop in with TONS of advice... ask questions, read, post what's going on with you and your quit, especially early in your quit helps... join the fun, and congratulations on your decision to quit!!..... P.s.... as for your spelling - don't even worry about that, English is my only language and I mess it up big time EVERY time I write anything. :laugh4: .. early on before i quit, I was told, "you are here to quit smoking - Not get an "A" in spelling" .. ;)

Thanks Action Tracey Nay Nay...{hugs} yep that day with my girls was one of the best day's i've ever had... but the truth is i'm hang'n on by the skin of my teeth over here...i'm just soooooooooo tired of fighting both addictions..... i just want a break.. just for a while from at least one.... in my heart i know there's no such thing....i'm just really get'n tired....hang'n on minute to minute at times... it's get'n old.. i know have'n a pit party never helped anyone, and i'm try'n to find fun and funny's where i can... it's just, don't know how else to explain it.. i'm just tried of fighting on two fronts.

BUT, i also got a HUGE amount of support from folks who believe how you quit isn't as important as quitting - and then stay'n quit...
