  3. Hi :)
  4. Welcome and congratulations on your decision :) Remember that it's as easy or hard as you make it and seems like you have the right attitude, I'm sure you will be successful :)
  5. I haven't exactly been rewarding myself with the thought that those things are my reward for not smoking, but I'm becoming increasingly nicer to myself, lol. I try out new healthy meals, shop for all kinds of things that kind of seemed almost pointless as a smoker - like organic hand lotions etc. Clothes, books, things for home. Oh and hobbies, since now I don't have the giant obstacle- smoking, standing in my way anymore. One could say I'm rediscovering life :D And turning into a shopping addict, lol. My Amazon wishlist is getting bigger and bigger and I don't dare to go on sites like Etsy and modcloth anymore :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
