That's an illusion. Smoking doesn't calm you down, smoking makes you constantly agitated because of the constant withdrawal. If you quit you won't be always stressed, I know for one I am much calmer now than I used to be. And there always will be something stressful in your life, the situation doesn't change just because you puff away.

Weird, I have noticed that ever since I quit I have become much much calmer. Don't get me wrong, I still have quite the temper and I'm probably (definitely) more quick to blow up than the average person, but it's not nearly as bad as it was before where I spent most of the time just being angry/irritated/annoyed and generally enraged by everything and everyone. I have no idea why, it's probably something to do with the smokers being in the constant state of the withdrawal from all those chemicals? Anyhow, I'm happy about this change.

That's a tough one, I don't go to the movies often. I think .. it was Avengers in German. I don't like Avengers and I certainly do not enjoy watching dubbed movies, especially in German. So you can imagine how much I enjoyed it, lol! What is last thing you regret you did?
