  3. -2 I think I'm the only newbie playing this :D
  4. I agree. Those party-smokers or occasional smokers... I don't know how they do that. I was thinking about smoking all day long. It was like a prison, and chose to escape.
  5. Congratulations on your quit and the pregnancy. This is the best thing that you could have done for the baby and yourself!
  6. Do not listen to the people who say you're not going to make it. Just believe in yourself. If you want to be a non-smoker you can be her.
  7. I think europeans and americans agree to disagree on this topic. :D
  8. Tracey, you did well. Because you didn't smoke in the end and you were honest with Rez. I can't imagine how hard it is, but it will pass. Time heals everything. And don't forget that you are a non-smoker who knows that those white sticks won't help a bit. Keep calm and stay free! :)
  9. So sad for you. 7 months quit and it looked like everything was going fine. I hope you are not smoking like crazy now, because 'oh, what the heck, my quit is gone anyway'. Wish to see you on the quit train again with a strong quit and a positive attitude.
  10. Yeah, Iulia, keep us updated. How are you?

  19. Welcome, take a sit :)
  20. Happy Birthday, Tracey! All the best wishes! :)
  21. Thank you everyone! This quit is the best. I still remember the awful taste of my last cig and I'm not going back there! Working out, smiling and keeping active, I love it!
  22. Nice job, Tom! Congrats!
  23. Oh, Evelyn. Sometimes it comes back and it can be rather hard. Are you noticing the positive changes in your body? Stronger senses, clearer breathing, better sleep? I try to focus on these things when someone inside my head offers me a cig :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
